The Stitching Room is a family run business with a 30 track record and a well-established branch in Maida Vale, delivering a comprehensive range of bespoke tailoring services for ladies, gents and children.

We pride ourselves on our very high standard of alterations and repairs on all sorts of fabrics and garments. Our seamstress will ensure that you experience the highest level of dedicated care, attention to detail and sewing skills whatever your requirements; from a simple hem to a complete reconstruction of your favorite outfit, we always do our very best to meet your needs.

Come and visit us in our elegant studio in Devonshire Road, just minutes away from Turnham Green Station, where you can try all your clothes in our fittings room so our seamstress can pin in for you to ensure a perfect fit, and she'll explain exactly what it is we will be doing. We have experience working with many different fabrics from denim to silk, leather to lace, suede to bridal wear and more.

And for something special and unique, we make patterns and create garments from scratch - evening dresses, wedding outfits, suits or every day wear – just or you. And that's not all; we can also copy your existing garments in different fabrics.
