Windfall Natural to take large vacant unit near Chiswick High Road

There finally seems to be some action at the vacant double fronted unit at 1-3 Turnham Green Terrace.

The former site of William Hill bookmakers look set to be a new branch of Windfall Naturals the natural health food supplements retailer which already has premises further up the same road.

An application has been made to the planning department of Hounslow Council for the installation of one non-illuminated fascia sign and one non-illuminated hanging sign outside a new shop. Documents submitted with the application also contain plans and images for the new store.

Windfall Natural currently has a smaller store at 41 Turnham Green Terrace. It is not known what will happen to this shop if the plans proceed for the premises at 1-3 Turnham Green Terrace.

The application was submitted by the River Island company. Companies House was recently notified that Leonard Lewis had taken a controlling stake in Windfall Natural from Daniel and Michael Hunt. Leonard Lewis is the son of Bernard Lewis the founder of the River Island retail chain although Leonard is credited with naming and developing the River Island business.

We have not yet been able to contact Windfall Natural for more details about their plans.
