A-Listers Bring Eco-Chic To Chiswick

Colin Firth and family to launch eco-friendly emporium on the High Road

Set to open this November, actor Colin Firth as joined forces with his wife Livia Giuggioli, her brother Nicola and Chiswick financier Ivo Coulson to launch Eco Age.

Designed by architect Guy Stansfield, Eco Age "will bring together a carefully selected range of household products, appliances and building solutions that will combine technology with good design – from ideas to improve insulation and lessen energy-use to eco-friendly furniture, paints and wallpapers."

Even before the door have opened, the emporium has been hailed as “a shop to fulfil all eco-home dreams” featuring in October's Vogue Magazine list of shops and small businesses that provide eco-friendly solutions to a fashionista’s every need.

Livia Giuggioli told the style bible “We’re keen not to be portrayed as eco-warriors. We want to empower people at a time when it’s practically immoral not to care about the planet.”

Eco will open at 213 Chiswick High Road, London W4.
