Zen Maitri Health Shop And Clinic Coming To Turnham Green Terrace

Zen Maitri, an independent natural health company, is launching its first store on Turnham Green Terrace, at the premises vacated by Cassius & Coco.

Zen Maitri, meaning 'serenity' ('Zen') and 'loving kindness' ('Maitri), is a joint venture involving two companies: Maitri Health, a natural health store in Streatham, South London and Zen Resort Bali, a holistic wellness resort in Bali, Indonesia.

With a dedicated team of herbalists, a nutritionist, a pharmacist, and meditation experts, Zen Maitri The Natural Health Apothecary store plans to provide a wide range of integrated products and services to the Chiswick community including custom-made herbal and food-based supplements.

They say, "There’s plenty of scepticism and misinformation surrounding supplements, herbal medicine and the wellness industry. Too many manufacturers and sellers put profits ahead of actually helping people. We do things differently. At Zen Maitri, we firmly believe in giving our customers enough evidence-based guidance to make informed decisions that allow them to take control of their health and well-being in an integrated manner."

They hope to open in December, after a refurbishment of the store.
