Vision Express and COVID-19

During the current COVID-19 lockdown if you lose or break your glasses, we are pleased to offer any Vision Express customer the option to re-order your glasses to your current prescription.

In support of social distancing at this time, we can take your order and payment over the phone.

We have suspended  ALL  routine appointments and are ONLY  allowing urgent and emergency eyecare appointments. Please book online using the emergency store listed below.

• You have noticed a significant change in your vision that is affecting your ability to function normally
• You have broken or lost your glasses or contact lenses and you urgently need a replacement
• You are experiencing any visual problems or other eye health concern that is causing you distress

Following advice from the UK Public Health Bodies, please do not book or attend an appointment if you have recently started to experience the most common symptoms of Coronavirus (COVID-19

To further protect our customers and colleagues during these urgent and emergency appointments, we have made the following changes:

• An emergency appointment will be limited to 1 customer per hour to ensure social distancing. Stores will be operating reduced hours.
• All our stores have access to washing and sanitiser products and testing equipment is thoroughly cleaned before and after use.
