Ever thought that you can rejuvenate your skin reduce fine lines and pores as well as help scarring and pigmentation by using your own skin cells?

It is called Mesotherapy, a skin rejuvenation procedure that has been used in dermatology and aesthetic medicine for some time. It is a non-surgical skin treatment that involves using micro injections to apply natural ingredients already found in the skin.

Facial mesotherapy has many benefits; it helps to fight natural sagging and ageing of the skin, helps to improve the appearance of wrinkles, and leaves the skin feeling rejuvenated and toned. It also helps with pigmentation fine lines and enlarged pores.
The active ingredients, such as hyaluronic acid, vitamins (A, B, C, E, and K) and minerals are injected directly into the skin of the patient. These injections are inserted into the epidermal layer of the skin. As we age our skins circulation decreases, thus reducing the oxygen and nutrients ability to drive out toxins from our skin. This all leads to premature aging of the skin and can give skin a tired appearance.

Facial Mesotherapy is a great skin rejuvenation course that is created on an individual basis and consists of several treatments. For achieving effective results patients are usually advised to undergo between five and eight treatments.
The mesotherapy is almost pain free. However, some patients feel slight discomfort during the procedure. If this occurs, a topical numbing cream is sometimes used to reduce the pain. Redness and slight swelling may also appear after treatment. Patients, who have taken blood-thinning medication such as aspirin before the procedure, often have small bruises. Nevertheless, these side effects are temporary and should subside within a few days

Mesotherapy with juvaderm volite

Ideally our skin will be smooth, soft, firm and with an even skin tone. Good skin quality gives us a sense of well being, fitness and health, and has an impact on our self-confidence and self-esteem.

Juvéderm® VOLITE was launched in February 2017. It is a dermal filler product that is used to improve skin quality, skin hydration and skin elasticity, with studies confirming these benefits. Duration of effect after a single treatment is up to 6 months, when treatment can be repeated for continued benefit.
VOLITE comes from the Juvéderm® Vycross range made by Allergan, so is closely related to other dermal fillers such as VOLUMA and VOLIFT which we have been using at Mulberry House Clinic for a number of years now as our preferred choice of facial filler.
Juvéderm® VOLITE Uses
We recommend that VOLITE is considered for the following:

  • a younger age group who want improved skin quality and brightness
  • for improvement of some types of acne scarring
  • in those of any age who have had optimal volume correction but who still need some improvement in skin quality, complexion or fine lines.
  • for dry or leathery skin

Juvéderm® VOLITE can be used to treat the whole face, neck, décolletage and hands.

Nefertity face lift

The Nefertiti neck lift is a new technique where by placing multiple injections of Botox along the lower jawline as well as down the side of the neck along the platysma muscle it is possible to improve the definition of the jawline, rebalance the underlying muscles and provide ‘lifting’ in the neck and jaw area.Well defined jawline with a long neck has been a sign of beauty since the time of the Egyptians. This new procedure which creates a well toned, smooth neck, and lifted jawline was named after Queen Nefertiti, whose bone structure continues to be admired in modern times.A thorough consultation will give all the answers as well as help you manage expectations and maintain results.Once these muscles are relaxed the net effect is an upward pull from facial muscles, creating a younger looking jawline, neck and face. For a lasting result the treatment needs to be repeated every 3 to 4 months.Although most of the patients are very happy with treatment results, the off-label use of botulinum toxin A is not a replacement for surgery and definitely not a "face-lift in a bottle".
