Fundraiser for St Michael and All Angels

This Saturday 4th October will see The Blue Sky Ball in the glamorous surroundings of the Kensington Hilton in Holland Park. The aviation theme plays homage to 2014 being the 100th anniversary of commercial flying.

Organised by volunteers of St Michael & All Angels this annual event helps raise funds for the restoration of St Michael’s Parish Hall, a highly popular community centre, and for the repainting of the Church. There will be pre-dinner drinks, a three-course dinner with wine, live and silent auctions, games and dancing. 180 Local residents and businesses attend.

St Michael & All Angels in Bedford Park is known to residents in the area, whether churchgoers or not, for its vibrant contribution to local community life and as a hub for the arts in Bedford Park. The congregation runs Green Days and the Bedford Park Festival each summer and the Chiswick Book Festival in the autumn.
