Chiswick Area Forum Meeting Tonight

Agenda includes a report on a consultation on 20 mph zones

A meeting of the Chiswick Area Forum will be held tomorrow (March 10th) at 7.30pm in Chiswick Town Hall. All are invited to attend.

The agenda includes a report on a forthcoming consultation on 20 mph zones in the borough.

Hounslow Council has to decide how best to implement its promise to have increased 20mph zones particularly near schools.

Also up for discussion is a proposal for double-yellow lines on the access road to the recreation ground in Thames Road, as well as an update on issues including Chiswick Library, a briefing on traffic using Gunnersbury Park Garden Estate as a 'rat run' and an update on recent planning applications discussed at the area forum.
