Pedestrian Hit on Chiswick High Road

Victim reported to be recovering in hospital

Chiswick High Road was closed for part of yesterday evening following a collision involving a female pedestrian just after 9.10pm.

The victim was hit by a car near Zizzis restaurant and was taken Charing Cross hospital but her injuries are not life threatening.

The driver of the vehicle stopped at the scene.

Chiswick High Road was closed both ways for a time after the event but reopened later that evening.
