Whilst other stars would call their personal masseuse, Chiswick born Hip Hop singer Bashy took out the stress from his European tour by going a few rounds with a punch bag.

Currently promoting his debut album Catch Me If You Can, Bashy, spent time with former Team GB Olympic head coach Terry Edwards MBE, before being given a workout by trainer Darren ‘Mr R&B’ Hamilton, who is also an unbeaten Light Welterweight professional boxer.

After the gruelling session Bashy spoke briefly about the tour, “The album’s going really well. It’s getting great support up and down the country and around the world.”

Bashy’s new album Catch Me If You Can is available direct from his website www.bashy.com.
