Former Sky Sports News presenter Kelly Dalglish almost missed the kick off of her life when she arrived over half an hour late for her wedding last week.

The 32 year old daughter of football legend Kenny Dalglish, who lives in Chiswick with her now husband Tom Cates, arrived at the Glasgow church in a 1949 Rolls-Royce Wraith which had once belonged to Princess Grace of Monaco.

The ceremony at St Margaret's Church in Newlands took place in front of around 200 close friends and family members including fellow footballers Alan Hansen and Gary Gillespie.

Kelly now works for sports channel Setanta. Her husband Tom is a producer with Sky Sports where the couple first met.
