Chiswick House and Gardens Trust (CHGT) has announced its summer 2025 event programme. A range of theatre, community and arts events are taking place as the new on-site studios fill up with artists, makers and creatives.

To open the summer programme, Giffords Circus returns to Chiswick for its only stop in London from 6 – 22 June, with a new show dubbed Laguna Bay. This never-before-seen production, set in the buoyant and sunny era of 1950’s America, will blend acrobatics, live music, and theatrical storytelling, fusing traditional circus and contemporary performance to create an immersive experience.

CHGT will host a Creative Campus Community Open Day on 6 July, to offer visitors a chance to engage with local artists and explore their work in the new on-site Creative Campus. Opening this spring, the campus offers artists affordable workspaces in a historic setting, supporting artistic development within the borough and wider London area. Guests can participate in family-friendly art workshops, tour the new studio spaces.

New to London and debuting at Chiswick House and Gardens is Action Arena XXL, the UK’s biggest touring inflatable assault course. From 31 July – 3 August, visitors of all ages can put their skills, fitness and determination to the test as they take on the 600 feet obstacle course, taking on its towering structures and twisting passages. There will also be a mini course with four themed zones for little explorers (age 2-7) to try.

Three different outdoor theatre productions are taking place within the gardens. On 1 July, The Lord Chamberlain’s Men bring Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night to life in a traditional, all male performance with Elizabethan costumes, music and dance. Families can journey through Wonderland with Quantum Theatre’s Alice Through the Looking Glass on 5 July, while from 14 to 20 July, Arts Centre Hounslow presents A Midsummer Night’s Dream.

A range of dates in May and June are available for Yoga with Rozalia, with the sessions, open to all abilities including beginners, taking place inside the Cricket Pavilion on selected Monday.

The House itself reopens to visitors from 22 May (ticketed entry applies).
