Chiswick House and Gardens Trust announce their first may Fayre in the Walled Gardens of Chiswick House on Sunday, May 13th, from 11am - 3pm. There will be fun for everyone with games to play, lots of entertainment and activities for all the family as well as gardening and art activities to get involved in.

Delicious food from seasonal risottos to sausages in rolls, refreshments and bar, afternoon tea and cakes and children’s treats will be on sale throughout the day.

Local school children will be dancing around the May Pole (and encouraging you to join in with them) at 12 noon and 1pm. They will have a special Bollywood Dance performance and workshop from 2pm – 3pm. Hounslow Adult and Community Education will be running activities for all the family.

See behind the scenes in the Chiswick House Kitchen Garden. The Kitchen Garden project will be open on the day to inspire you to get your own garden growing. We will be selling our vegetable plug plants, showing you how to make your garden more wildlife friendly and have local Composting Champions on hand to advise you on making your own compost.

Opening: 11am–3pm  Entry is £5 per person available on the day (3’s and under FREE) please note for refreshments and face painting there will be an extra charge.

All funds are in aid of the continued preservation of Chiswick House Gardens.
