Party on the Pier is an annual highlight down at Chiswick Pier and is a great day out for all the family.

Always popular are the free boat trips aboard the Golden Salamander, courtesy of sponsors Fullers. The trips will run every 45 minutes, and you can pick up your ticket on the day.

Amanda from Amanda’s Action Kids will be there to entertain the little ones. Also, to delight the children, there will be face painting. There will be lots of stalls, activities, food and drink, the London Pride Fullers Bar, homemade Italian ice cream and live music.

Chiswick Pier Canoe Club are offering canoe taster sessions which must be booked in advance through Thames Explorer are running river dipping sessions, which are a guided exploration of the foreshore, from 12.30-2.30pm meeting at the Pier House. The RNLI will have information about its work, and a souvenir stall whilst the Sea Cadets will be helping with the smooth running of the boat trips and a tombola.

There are a variety of artisan craft stalls with a range of goods to browse and treat yourself and the family.

The Chiswick Pier Trust runs the Chiswick Pier and Pier House. In this role it manages the commercial and residential moorings at the Pier, as well as venue and conference hire at Pier House.

The trust works to engage people with the River Thames. It provides access to the Thames and support major river events, as well as organising events of its own. It also hosts an annual season of 'Talks by the Thames' which highlight the history, wildlife and ecology of the Thames.

Articles such as the one above are integral to what we do. We aim to feature as much as possible on local societies, charities based in the area, fundraising efforts by residents, community-based initiatives and even helping people find missing pets.

If neither of these amounts is suitable for you then contact and we can set up an alternative. All payments are made through a secure web site.

One-off donations are also appreciated. Choose The Amount You Wish To Contribute.
