To celebrate midsummer, Chiswick Pier Trust would like to welcome you to sail along the river on a Jazz Cruise it is hosting on Friday 27 June. It will be departing from Chiswick Pier at 6.30 pm and sailing to Tower Bridge and back.
On board to serenade you whilst sailing the Thames will be the popular jazz band Anacousis. During the cruise, a two-course buffet supper will be served and drinks will be available to purchase from the bar on board.
Leaving in daylight on a summer evening you can expect to experience the magic of the river and its scenic and historical views.

The following month Party on the Pier is the annual highlight down at Chiswick Pier. The fun starts at 11.00 am on Sunday 27 July when the Pier House opens and the first free boat trip sails.
These very popular boat trips are aboard the Golden Salamander, sponsored by Fullers. The boat will sail every 45 minutes – collect a ticket on the day.
Amanda from Amanda’s Action Kids will be on hand to entertain the little ones which is once again generously sponsored by Sworn & Co. Also to delight the children will be face painting. There will be a choice food, homemade Italian ice cream, live music, and a bar serving draught Fullers beer, wine etc.
Get the children interested in the river with Thames Explorer who are running river dipping sessions. This is a guided exploration of the foreshore and there will be two trips. Meet at the Thames Explorer stall at 11.30 or 12.30 (wear sensible footwear).
These events are organised by the Chiswick Pier Trust which works to engage people with the River Thames. It provides access to the Thames and supports major river events, as well as organising events of its own.
