The programme of events for the festive season is packed for the churches of Christ Church on Turnham Green and St. Alban’s on Acton Green.

The season's festivities continue on Sunday 11 December at 10.30am - St Alban’s Acton Green there is a performance of The Nativity with a live donkey. Put on by the older children in the church, pit romises as always to be a great treat! Once again mulled wine and mince pies will be served.

Later that day at the same venue there are Contemporary Carols at 7pm. A cozy Christmas experience is promised, think curling up by the fireplace with hot chocolate. With mulled wine and mince pies to follow.

On Sunday 18 December at 7pm there are Traditional Carols at Christ Church Turnham Green. Candles, carols, traditional readings, a beautiful evening to be drawn in again to the ancient story of hope.

On the same day St. Alban’s Church is hosting a Messy Christmas Christingle, which is a chance to explore the Christmas story through craft, activity and more.

Carols on the Green take place on Christmas Eve at 4.00pm. Wrap up warm and come along for a community sing along to all your favourite carols. Then at 11.15pm there will be midnight communion.

For Christmas Day itself a short informal service is being held at 10am at St Alban’s which is suitable for all ages while at Christ Church at 11.15am there will be traditional carols and a Christmas communion.

New Year's Celebration with Communion take place on 1 January at 10.30am at St Alban’s.
