Hogarth Singers Begins Rehearsals for Spring Concert |

Performing a journey through Renaissance and romantic music
The Spring term for Hogarth Singers is about to start as the choir begins preparations for its next concert. Rehearsals commence on Monday 13 January for a performance including Palestrina’s Missa Brevis, along with works by Bruckner, Mendelssohn, Rheinberger, Schubert. New members are very welcome, especially tenors and basses, to whom a discount is offered on their subscription for the first term. The first session takes place at 7.30pm at the choir’s usual rehearsal and performance venue, St Michael and All Angels Church, Bath Road, (W4 1TT). The term will end with a concert titled ‘A Journey through Renaissance and Romantic Music’ on Saturday 15 March at 7:30pm at St Michael & All Angels Church Doors open at 6:45pm and advance booking can be made for £15 or £13 for concession at www.hogarthsingers.uk. Tickets purchased at the door on the day cost a pound extra. Under 16s go free. New members are very welcome, especially tenors and basses, to whom a discount on their subscription is offered for the first term. There is a special rate of £10 per term for under 25s.
