Schools and churches around Chiswick are getting ready to host their annual Christmas Fairs. Here is a round up of some local events where you can do some Christmas shopping and also help raise funds.

The William Hogarth School Christmas Fair will be on the December 9th from 15.45 till 18.00. There will be lots of activities and stalls, selling jewellery, deluxe chutneys and relishes, educational toys, forever living products, portrait artist, tombola and raffle with amazing prizes (the main prize is 2 tickets to see England play at Wembley). This year the school will have a special atmospheric cafe with mulled wine, cakes, and amazing home cooked meals.

Grove Park Primary School Christmas Fair is taking place on Saturday 10th December from 11am – 2pm on Saturday 10th December. There will be plenty of stalls, hot food and lots of cakes to tickle your taste buds, Santa will be in his grotto and there are some exciting Raffle and Silent Auction prizes. Entrance from Nightingale Close, off Grove Park Terrace.

Marie Curie Cancer Care is having a Christmas Collection at Sainsbury, Chiswick all day on the 15th December . They are appealing for volunteers to help out, even for an hour or two to collection donations. There are volunteers needed for other events going on around West London also.
