Exhibition Of Plans For Hogarth Business Park

On public view at George and Devonshire tonight and tomorrow

An exhibition of potential plans to develop part of the Hogarth Business Park into a residential area is on display at the George and Devonshire pub, 8, Burlington Lane, W4 2QE, from 4-8 pm on Thursday (March 7) and Friday ( March 8).

Anyone interested in viewing the plans for the scheme is invited to come along.

Situated close by the Hogarth roundabout on the Great West Road, with an entrance on the A316, the business park is currently owned by Prudential and despite extensive marketing has been substantially empty for some time.

Now the Berkeley Group, which has a joint venture with Prudential, has decided to explore developing and improving the site which currently consists of three light industrial/warehouse units. The options could include residential development, or mixed use of the site.
