Kisaku-the name means "easy-going"-aims to capitalise on the popularity of Asian food with Chiswick diners. Other Japanese restaurants in the area include the popular Sushi Bar Makoto on Devonshire Road and Tosa in King Street. The restaurant has been decorated in restful aubergine on the walls with wooden floors and wooden tables giving a clean, cool, modern look. Yellow paper lanterns and Japanese prints on the wall give an authentic feel of the Orient.

The menu aims to provide the freshest of ingredients, with seafood ranging from salmon and tuna to unagi (eel) and saba (mackerel) or even tobiko (flying fish roe). Vegetarians will be well catered for with a range of salads using traditional Japanese ingredients such as seaweed and tofu, or more familiar salmon and avocado salad with Japanese dressings. Tempura dishes, and noodles such as udon and soba are also on the menu. The telephone number is 0208 9878874.
