Chiswick Lane is likely to be closed for much of the day (25th November) following a crash near Dorchester Grove.
There are unconfirmed reports that a car was in collision with a bus shelter.
A London Air Ambulance landed on Homefield Park to assist with any casualties.
Chiswick Lane and Dorchester Grove are currently closed and there are tailbacks on the A4 westbound near Hogarth Roundabout.
No details are currently available about the individuals involved in the collision.
