West Middlesex Hospital Seek Nominations

For staff excellence and achievement awards

Is there a staff member at West Middlesex University Hospital who you feel has made a positive difference to patient care?

West Middlesex is inviting patients, families and carers who have had contact with its services to nominate staff members for a Staff Excellence and Achievement Award.

Chief Executive Dame Jacqueline Docherty said: “There are many amazing and talented people working at the hospital who are doing great things every day. We are launching the awards to identify and recognise these individuals.”

Nominations are being accepted for:

• Therapist or a Scientist of the Year
• Nurse of the Year
• Midwife of the Year
• Care / Maternity Assistant of the Year
• Doctor of the Year
• Support Services Person of the Year

The closing date for nominations is Monday 12 November 2012.
