Starters:

• Pan fried salmon with a corn and pepper dew salad and roasted sunflower seeds
• Bobotjie spring rolls served with spicy tomato chutney
• Biltong and butternut soup served with fresh baked bread
• Sweet potato Gnocchi with goats cheese creme fraiche
• Sweet n Sour banana, feta, orange and peanut salad

Mains

• Slow roasted turkey legs with pigs in blankets served with onion and thyme mash and a sweet and spicy tomato chutney
• Game duo - Grilled springbok and ostrich served with sweet potatomash, venison jus and onion marmalade
• Mushroom steaks layered with char grilled red peppers and onions served on a potato bake and pesto cream
• Rack of lamb on a giant pumpkin cake, greens, roast potatoes and peppercorn sauce

Desserts

• Lime creme caramel with strawberry and mint
• Choc and caramel cake served with vanilla ice cream
• Brandy pudding with vanilla ice cream and warm custard
• Peppermint crisp
