June sales confirm volume recover and suggest higher prices
The latest sales for properties in W4 published by the Land Registry confirm that volume levels are on the increase again with the number of sales well above the level seen in the first quarter.
They also give some cause for optimism on prices with the average sale price during June rising to £612,697. There are still too few properties being sold for this to be taken as totally reliable guide to the level of the market but it does suggest prices are recovering.
