Prices move above levels seen during the first half of the year

Property prices in Chiswick appear to have performed strongly during July with the average level reaching £982,463 well up on that seen in the first half of the year.
There were 83 properties reported as sold to the Land Registry in the month of July in the W4 post code area. Of these 13 went for over one million pounds with the most expensive property to change hands during the month being a house on the Great West Road which went for £3,996,731.
