|St Augustine's Priory
| Open days and sixth form taster day
We are a Catholic school which welcomes girls of all faiths. This means that we hold the care of the whole person as central to what we do.
St Augustine’s is a unique London school set in 13 acres of beautiful grounds looking towards the centre of the capital and beyond. We are lucky enough to have a Forest School in our grounds for outdoor learning. Here girls have the physical, mental and emotional freedom to grow intellectually in an environment which both supports and provides plenty of challenges. Our results are excellent and we pride ourselves on instilling in girls a love of learning.
We have been in Ealing for nearly one hundred years and we represent a wonderful continuity of expertise in educating women of the future. We offer a broad and varied curriculum with rich opportunities for personal development. We believe that emotional well being is a critical plank in success and our recent ISI Inspection report made particular mention of the outstanding personal, spiritual and moral development of our girls. Our aim is for girls to leave St Augustine’s equipped with an outstanding academic education and also with the full range of skills required to lead effective and fulfilling lives as women; as part of their journey they will acquire the skills of self-knowledge, of reflection, of intellectual risk taking, of persuasiveness and team building and of emotional strength as well as a cultural fabric for their enriched enjoyment of life.
Come and see us. Only then will you understand this school’s outstanding setting and the unique nature of this community where everyone is welcome and where we enable girls to achieve meaningful excellence.
We are holding the following events at which we warmly welcome you:
Open Day on Saturday 12th October 2013 at either 10am-12 noon or 12 noon-2pm for Nursery through to Sixth Form places.
Sixth Form Taster Day (8:55am-3:30pm) and Sixth Form Information Evening (7pm) take place on Thursday 3rd October 2013.
