A water pumping station failure in the Hampton area has deprived many homes in West and South West London of their mains supply. Areas affected include Chiswick and Isleworth.

Thames Water say they are carrying out repairs which may take up to six hours. Technicians are on site trying to reset the pumps.

Other post code area affected according to Thames are TW2,3,11,12,13.
