Will Gail's Be A Cut Above The Rest? | |
New artisan bakery set to open on Chiswick High Road Artisan bakers GAIL's have applied for planning permission to open a new bakery in Chiswick. The company was founded by Ran Avidan and Tom Molnar’s after their craving for and difficulty in finding a quality loaf sparked their entrepreneurial drive. The pair left their safe city jobs to team up with Gail Stephens, founder of Baker and Spice and The Bread Factory - a small artisan bakery supplying London’s who’s who of top chefs - to put quality bread within hands reach of Londoners. Their Chiswick branch, on the site of recently closed Clinton Cards shop, will be given a makeover to reflect GAIL's identity to create a light and airy bakery shop which will have a small amount of seating. According to their website, what makes GAIL's different is the company's passion for changing the way people think, feel and consume bread.
