If you have some spare time and want to do some volunteering the best place to start is with The Ealing and Hounslow Volunteer Centre.

Its job is to:

• Help people who live, work or study in Hounslow and Ealingto become volunteers
• Develop a wide range of good volunteering opportunities and match people with the opportunities that best suits them
• Provide specialist support for anyone with disabilities or long-term health conditions who wants to become a volunteer
• Help voluntary organisations and local businesses to find the volunteers that they need
