Dog walkers in Chiswick House were surprised to see a large limousine parked on the drive of Chiswick House today (30th May). When the distinctive number plate of Alan Sugar was spotted, speculation immediately grew that he was there filming the next series of the Apprentice.

Fans of the show have had a long wait as this year’s series has had to be postponed in order not to clash with the World Cup but it looks likely that filming has already started as eye-witnesses report that Lord Sugar was with a group of people bearing a close resemblance to hopeful apprentices.

If this proves to be the case it would be not be the first time that the show has used Chiswick as a location. Amongst several instances, the Old Cinema was used as the location for a task in 2012 and way back in 2005 the Apprentices stayed at Said House on Chiswick Mall and were accused by the owner of causing £12,000 worth of damage to the property. The runner up that year, Saira Khan, lived in Strand on the Green.

We contacted the producers of the show to confirm the filming was for the series but they have remained tight lipped.
