Teenager Stabbed On Chiswick Mainline Station

British Transport police believe incident was gang related

A teenager was stabbed four times on Chiswick mainline station during what British Transport Police believe was a gang related fight.

The incident happened on Monday 7th April at 2.30pm on one of the station’s platforms. Police and ambulance services were called and the station was closed to trains and passengers for a number of hours whilst Police carried out their investigations.

The 18 year old victim was taken to hospital suffering from one stab wound to the back and three to his left side. However, his injuries were not considered life threatening and he was later discharged.

A spokesperson for British Transport Police said that they were currently looking at CCTV images and asked anyone who witnessed the incident to contact them on 0800 405040.
