Police are trying to establish exactly what happened during an incident in Fraser Street on Saturday 18th December.

Officers were called to the area at 15.50 to reports of an altercation between two or possibly three males.

"The circumstances and cause of the incident are at this time still not entirely clear," said a spokesman for Chiswick Police. "It would appear to be very complicated and is still subject of an active investigation."

During the incident two men received wounds from what is believed to be a knife although neither are believed to be life changing or life threatening.

A man has been arrested, interviewed and bailed with regard to the incident.

"At this time enquiries are still ongoing, CCTV footage is being viewed and witnesses sought," he continued.
"As far as can be ascertained at this time the victim of the crime does not wish to progress the matter. It is not believed this was a 'stranger' or random street incident."
