Joseph Faul accused of owning 'extreme' pictures of children
A 48 year old man from Chiswick has been charged with 25 offences relating to the possession of indecent images of children Joseph Faul is to appear at Uxbridge Magistrates' Court on bail on 7 June. The charges include possession of, importation of and making indecent images and are being made under the Criminal Justice Act 1988, the Protection of Children Act 1978, the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008 and the Customs & Excise Management Act 1979. 4 counts relate to the possession of materials described as 'extreme'. |
