A Chiswick woman who couldn’t get her trousers off to go to the loo dialled 999 and claimed to be locked in a chastity belt according to The Sun.

Robeena Cheema’s real belt buckle had jammed but she didn’t think rescuers would treat it as an emergency.

Twelve firefighters responded to the call and prised open the buckle despite the obvious falsehood and the fact that she could have easily cut the belt off herself.

Branded ‘irresponsible’ for wasting the fire service’s time 44 year old Robeena, told The Sun, “The belt had been stuck for two hours and I just had to go.”
