Patients of the three GP practices at the Chiswick Health Centre on Dolman Road have been notified that the anticipated date of the building’s closure is 17 April.

From this point anyone registered with Chiswick Health Practice, West4GPs and Chiswick Family Doctor’s Practice will have to go to the Stamford Brook Centre for appointments while the new medical centre is being built. The temporary centre will be named Chiswick Health Centre @ Stamford Brook.

Representatives will be at the Chiswick PCN Health and Wellbeing Roadshow on 2 March in Chiswick Town Hall, 11am-3pm to explain the arrangements. There is also an online session on Tuesday 7 March which you can register for here. https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/chiswick-health-centre-development-drop-in-session-tickets-539346528987

The relocation process will happen automatically and there will be no changes to how patients contact their GP, make appointments or collect prescriptions. All staff from the three current practices will also relocate to Stamford Brook Centre.

It is currently anticipated that the new Chiswick Health Centre will take two years to complete and will offer a larger, more accessible space with a broader range of GP services. The development will also include 55 new affordable homes for NHS keyworkers, funded by Hounslow Council.

The address of the new practice is:
