Metronet have organised a "Graffiti Busting Day" in partnership with Hounslow Council and the Metropolitan Police on Saturday the 10th December, 10am to 2pm.

The day will involve the Council, Crime Prevention Police and volunteers removing graffiti from the play area on Fishers Lane by Chiswick Common, plus Metronet staff cleaning up the underpass off Hardwicke Road.

Metronet's Community Exhibition bus will be by Chiswick Common to share information on how the tube is being renewed in the area, and the Police will also have a marquee on site to answer any questions about keeping the area cleaner, brighter and safer.

Fun-rides for kids have been organised and all equipment for volunteers will be provided - including Santa hats!

The organisers are keen to invite as many local residents along as possible to help improve the area.
