The Bedford Park Festival has another busy week ahead including a Poetry Evening with writer Louis de Berniere as well as concerts, open gardens, a Festival Mass and an Evening of Film and Food.

The Poetry Evening with Louis de Berniere will take place on Wednesday 18 June at 7.30pm for 8pm at
St Michael and All Angels Parish Hall. The author of Captain Corelli's Mandolin, Louis de Berniere will read personal poetry favourites. You can also bring your own poem to read (max 25 lines) about music, composers, instruments. From 7.30pm there will be music and refreshments hosted by local poets Anne-Marie Fyfe & Cahal Dallat.  Tickets £7.50

An Evening in Vienna, followed by supper
Monday 16 June at 7.30pm
St Michael and All Angels Church
Tickets £12 concert only, or £25 for concert and supper.
David Juritz (violin), Sally Heath (piano) and friends will perform the Brahms Piano Quintet in F minor and Fritz Kreisler’s rarely heard string quartet. After the performance, supper will be served in the Parish Hall, where the entertainment will continue.

An Evening of Film and Food
Saturday 21 June at 7.30pm

Tickets £15, including supper
In conjunction with Picturehouse Cinemas, opening in Chiswick in autumn 2015, we are hosting a pop-up private screening of Philomena, starring Judi Dench and Steve Coogan. A supper of fish & chips will be served. http://www.bedfordparkfestival.org/e/87/an-evening-of-film-and-food

Sunday 22 June at 10am
St Michael and All Angels Church.
Admission free. All welcome.
Solemn Sung Eucharist and Missa Cum Jubilo by Maurice Duruflé, performed by The Bedford Park Festival Orchestra and Chorus, conducted by Jonathan Dods.

Bedford Park Open Gardens
Sunday 22 June from 2pm-6pm
Start at St Michael and All Angels Parish Hall, then various locations around Bedford Park
Visit some of the most beautiful private gardens in Bedford Park, and then enjoy tea and home-made cakes back at the Parish Hall afterwards.
