Start of the Festive Season at Le Vacherin Restaurant
Following the success of his Vacherin Gala Dinner, Chef Patron Malcolm John will be hosting a Truffle Dinner at Le Vacherin on Monday 27th November.
The six course meal will showcase truffles with an array of the very best ingredients. Truffles have always been popular in French cuisine and, with few people using truffles at home, this gives you the opportunity to taste them within a variety of dishes which have been expertly prepared by Chef Patron Malcolm John. Renowned for their fine quality and taste, truffles vary in colour from black to white, grey to brown and there are around 70 varieties worldwide, although many believe the best come from France and Italy.
Those who have attended gala dinners at Le Vacherin before will know that the evening is one of sumptuous food, great wine and convivial company. After enjoying Vacherin as a part of the meal, you can also buy your very own whole Vacherin with Truffle and Almond Crust to take home and impress your friends. The Truffle Gala Dinner is priced £80 per person including the wine - what better way to spend a winter's evening?
