Have a Great Dane, a parrot, or just a beloved cat or dog and worry about finding the right property to rent in Chiswick? Now people can rest assured that their pet will be just as welcome a tenant as they with the news that estate agent Faron Sutaria has teamed up with The Dog Trust's Lets With Pets scheme.

The scheme encourages landlords and Lettings Agencies to accept tenants with pets and to make the house hunting process easier for pet owners.

Faron Sutaria in Chiswick says it is seeing increasing enquiries from people specifically calling about properties listed as ‘Pet friendly’ on the company website, particularly for corporate lets.

As a condition for joining Dogs Trust’s Lets with Pets Scheme Faron Sutaria asks each landlord if they would consider letting their property to a pet owner, and pet friendly properties are clearly indicated on www.faronsutaria.co.uk

Karen Kaldezar, Director of Faron Sutaria comments: "London has become much more dog friendly over the last few years and I have certainly experienced more tenants asking whether a landlord would allow a pets."

Kristina Salceanu from London Relocation Ltd, a relocation agency which often works with Faron Sutaria, comments: “About 50% of our clients relocating to London do so with pets and we have a specialist pet relocation service so it will certainly make our lives easier knowing we can contact Faron Sutaria for a list of pet friendly rental properties to add to our shortlist.  I have helped find homes for a pair of parrots, a Great Dane, plenty of cats and small dogs, and know how important it is to find a new home not just for our clients but for their precious animals too."
