Hounslow Council is currently undertaking a borough wide consultation to deal with a rise in demand for primary places.

Chiswick is not part of the current plans however, this is not because local families are falling behind in the child producing stakes.

On the contrary according to a council spokesperson who told ChiswickW4.com, “We have identified that Chiswick will need to accommodate extra places but are looking at some more complex issues in this area, which are the subject of further, informal consultation with the schools at this stage.”

The Council envisages that a wider consultation 'will take place later in the year with the relevant stakeholders'.
