The Chiswick Pier Trust is inviting residents, friends, and supporters to share in some festive cheer at its Community Christmas Tree Gathering on Thursday 11 December.

The riverside celebration will run from 5:30pm to 7:00pm, offering a chance for neighbours to come together before the Trust’s Annual General Meeting at 7:00pm.

  • Location: By the Christmas tree on Chiswick Pier (weather permitting), or indoors at Pier House hall if raining
  • Festive touches: Mulled wine and mince pies to enjoy
  • Seasonal music: Carols from the St Nicholas Church Choir (to be confirmed)

Co-Chairs Jan and James said: “This is a wonderful chance for neighbours and friends to gather, celebrate the season, and connect with the Trust’s work before the AGM.”

The Gathering is open to all, whether you plan to stay for the AGM or simply want to enjoy a community moment by the river. It’s a chance to celebrate the season, meet others in the neighbourhood, and learn more about the Trust’s role in caring for Chiswick Pier.

Events like this are organised by the Chiswick Pier Trust which works to engage people with the River Thames. It provides access to the Thames and supports major river events, as well as organising events of its own.
