The French Christmas Market returns to Chiswick |
|||||||
Now in its second year and bigger than ever!
After the success of last year, the French Christmas Market is back offering a wonderful selection of authentic French Christmas gifts for family and friends. If you’re looking for genuine French food and wine, interior decoration, jewellery and much more, come to Chiswick Town Hall on the 24th October. There’ll be something to suit all pockets – and fit all stockings – from the many exhibitors. Many of the products on sale can’t be found in shops, so it’s definitely not to be missed. Visitors will be able to relax at a café, French style of course, managed by The Bistro of the French Institute. While you enjoy a wide range of pastries, sandwiches and drinks at the café, the children will be kept amused in the craft play area where, with the help of petit artisan, they will have fun decorating and painting Christmas decorations. Exhibitors will include locally based petit artisan whose Christmas Activity Bags would make a distinctive and unusual Christmas present. The Christmas decoration kit is an all-in-one activity bag containing everything that children aged four and over need to make their own tree or house decorations. There will also be stylish but traditional French children's clothing from Loup y-es-tu, produce from a French farmers' market and Plaisirs de France, which supplies fine food from the South West will have a stall. The event is sponsored by FranceinLondon.com, Boulle International and 24/7 No Problem. Boulle International, London’s French Property Consultancy, specialises in long-term lettings, management and sales of residential properties in central, west and south-west London. Although their client base is predominantly French, their exclusive service is enjoyed by all! October 14, 2004
