On Sunday 3rd October, Gunnersbury Baptist Church will be running their third alternative World Harvest community event.

There will be a free BBQ sponsored by Mackens Bros of Turnham Green Terrace and Chiswick’s ‘As Nature Intended’ health food store. There will also be a range of food from all over the globe for people to sample free of charge.

Craft activities for the children with a Global twist as well as face painting and a Global music and rhythm workshop will be available.

Charities such as Tearfund, Compassion UK and Tradecraft will be present and manned by local representatives.

There will be a chance for you to sponsor a child from another country as well as peruse the fairtrade craft stalls and gifts for some early Christmas shopping ideas.

All donations made and funds raised will be given back to the charities represented.

When: Sunday 3rd October from 5.00pm to 6.30pm.
Cost: Free (But all donations gratefully received).
